Kilted Chicken is a concept from Chef Rodney Wages — the mind behind Avery Edinburgh, the Michelin-starred restaurant on St Stephen Street in Stockbridge, Edinburgh. Same obsession with quality and sustainable ingredients. A completely different experience.
